Radiance Defined

 

At the University of Wisconsin-Whiteater, there was a group of women in search of a sisterhood. They weren't looking for just any sisterhood, but one that would stand out from the rest; one that embrace different cultures, different families, different backgrounds and so much more. It was at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute that our founders met a few of our Mommy Chi's from Northern Illinois University and the work to bring our sisterhood to Whitewater, WI began. 

 

On June 4, 1994, the Blissful Beta Chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater was founded by 8 radiant ladies who paved the way:
